I am also experiencing problems with the Ad Performance reports. Many of them return with 0 rows, while I'm sure there is data over that period that should be reported (which can also be seen from the MCC). Hoping that this will be fixed promptly, as right now we are unable to send our campaign reports to our customers (due to incomplete/missing data).
