Hi k.m.,
  I believe the report download server code will throw an error (such as 
"Cannot read report") if the report is taking too long - before we would 
run into a time-out.  You should expect to either get an error message if 
the report cannot be processed or the report will download successfully - a 
report download request should not hang indefinitely.
