Hi Simon, I'm not sure we document it clearly, but if look at the WSDL closely you'll notice that the RequestHeader element should always be in the /cm namespace, regardless if the service is in another namespace (such as /mcm in this case). The error is misleading in this case, but changing the namespace should allow the server to read your credentials correctly.
