With some help from our Google rep, I've finally tracked down how to get 
this data.  It is available in the Creative Conversion report.  If I 
include the columns "ConversionTypeId" and "Conversions", my video playback 
data comes through.  In the resulting XML, I get rows with attributes like 

freeClickType='Video play 75%' freeClicks='34328'

This corresponds to the old column of "VideoPlaybacksThrough75Percent". 
 Instead of being separate columns within the same row for a given ad, it's 
now in multiple rows (with ConversionTypeId varying per row).
