Dear AdWords API Team I want to "Get Recent Changes" data for one or many Accounts.
I'm tried using CustomerSyncService but it cause TOO_MANY_CHANGE Error sometime. I know there is a report called "Structure" report but it only available in previous Service (Which will be unavailable soon) Is there any other way I can get "Recent Changes" or I have to download all data and compare it?
