Hi Alwin, If you think this is related to Google Apps, then things should start working fine once you complete your migration. If you need to change the login email, then see http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=24828 for details on how this can be done. You don't need to create a new MCC account for this.
