For monthly searches, request STATS parameter with RelatedToKeywordSearchParameter: http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/reference/latest/TargetingIdeaService.RelatedToKeywordSearchParameter.html TIS does not provide CPC data, use TrafficEstimatorService instead. Some examples could be found here: http://adwordsapi.blogspot.com/2010/09/discover-v201008-trafficestimatorservic.html 2. It really depends on the results you want to get back, 'included' lists terms you would like to match, 'excluded' - the ones you don't.
