Hello, i'm having a similar problem. I'm getting the [ReportDefinitionError.CUSTOMER_SERVING_TYPE_REPORT_MISMATCH @ operations] error when trying to create an ACCOUNT_PERFORMANCE_REPORT on an MMC AdWords account, but I am definitely posting a clientCustomerId in my headers.
I am able to create the report fine if I set crossClient to true on the report definition, but this forces me to use async reports. I'd rather have synchonous reports and in any case, I only want to report on a specific client. So what's the problem?
