Just to add a few additional pieces of info about this. I started receiving the following error when making any API request at exactly 10:14 AM PST.
INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP_USER_INFO_REJECTED Soon after that I logged into my MCC account to find that my developer token status had changed from "Approved" to "Rejected" with an option to re-apply. Now my account is "Pending approval" after re-submitting the developer token application My account has be active for several months and my billing account is current and up to date so any insight or help from someone from the AdWords API team would be greatly appreciated.
