Hi, I haven't encountered this issue before, but a quick google search showed up this link: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en/asmxandxml/thread/37c376a3-f50c-4b57-a1df-83dc43fcddbf. Apparently this is the side effect of a bad ssl handshake, the thread seems to suggest that some windows update may be responsible for this.
