Hi, I can't find a record of that requestId in the production logs. Is it possible this request was made against the sandbox? If it wasn't, could you please email your customer ID to kevin.win...@google.com and I'll try to replicate (the customerID of the effective user for this request, which I would presume is your MCC account).
