So, conclusion is :
the way Adwords Editor performs Account backup by creating AEA
format file (there are other formats also taking this for e.g.) that can be
used later to restore the account (if something goes wrong) to a previous
state cannot be replicated through Adwords API.
Also I want to know that is similar functionality available in Adwords
Dashboard for creating AEA file.
Please correct me if wrong because I was under impression that we can
restore account thru API to a previous state.
