The comment in all the Report definitions for a couple conversion fields is "Not compatible with non-conversion stats (AverageCpc, Clicks, etc.)."
I successfully retrieved a report with every column but ConversionTypeName and ConversionCategoryName, but if I wanted those columns, what columns do I have to leave off?
