In case the report definitions don't change on day by day basis, you'll be
fine creating a definition once for all of your individual accounts. You'll
only get charged for report creation and not for the daily downloads, so
unit costs shouldn't be an issue.
The downloads themself are very fast. Downloading all your reports using
multiple threads will only take seconds up to a couple of minutes depending
on the number of threads used and internet connectivity. I wouldn't suggest
to work with more than 4-6 parallel downloads though, as Google may decide
to block you when you push it too far (but thats also just hearsay, never
experienced any throttling here).
