Hi, I took over (Ruby) code that uses v13. it calls https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/v13/ReportService w/ some home grown SOAP::RPC::Driver code. it uses the getReportDownloadUrl, to get a report Url to grab the account's cost, clicks, imps, conv, pos statistics for campaign.
