Hi Tomasz,
  The account owner needs to log into their AdWords account to resolve this. 
 If you look in your MCC account, the entry for this customer has an 
@gtempaccount.com email address listed.  This is due to an account 
migration.  This help page has more information: 
http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/static.py?page=guide.cs&guide=29934&topic=29935

I believe you can use the @gtempaccount email address in the interim to 
access the account as a workaround.
