Not sure if this is what you mean, but you can get data aggregated by
extension using ClickType in your reports.

Scroll to Click Type and to the right you have a list of click types,
each signifying a specific extension, one is Product Listing Ads:

Prevents zero-impression rows from being returned.
Predicate values / display values:
OFFER_PRINTS / Print offer
GET_DIRECTIONS / Driving direction
PRODUCT_LISTING_AD_CLICKS / Offer
SITELINKS / Sitelink
PRODUCT_EXTENSION_CLICKS / Product plusbox offer
OTHER / Other
CALLS / Phone calls
URL_CLICKS / Headline
