Not sure if this is what you mean, but you can get data aggregated by extension using ClickType in your reports.
In this table: http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/appendix/reports.html#campaign Scroll to Click Type and to the right you have a list of click types, each signifying a specific extension, one is Product Listing Ads: Prevents zero-impression rows from being returned.
