But it does not, when it comes to issues like Setting conent network, unless the tool is 100% like the visual experience of Adwords and functions like adwords production then its not verbatim. It would be nice to just have a Web UI to figure out how the stuff actually works without 1) costing money and 2) without affecting live campaigns and such. Also cant create multiple accounts just the five, cant play with reporting, etc.
I mean tools like Paypal have a comprehensive web front end that matches production, granted integrations dont always go as smooth but it would be something I hope the adwords team considers.
