Hi Kevin,

This solution works fine for keywords and managed placements but there
are keyword IDs that relate to auto placements and display ads that
aren't available in either the keywords or managed placements
performance reports, and don't appear to be available in the auto
placements performance report either.
We could use the ad group criterion service, but it would be more
convenient if these keyword IDs were covered in the auto placement
report so we can cross-reference in the same way.  Would that be
relevant, and is there any chance of it happening?
