Hi Eric, as I mentioned above, there has been no request ID returned in the incoming SOAP - only the InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR was returned. If you want another recent occurrence of a returned SOAP similar to the one I posted above, I can get it for you.
