I notice that some of the report fields (in the actual XML/CSV/...) changed name and even enum values. for example: Using V2001101 API, I defined a "Keyword / Placement performance report" and asked for the field "Status", in the D/Led report XML i got a field called "keywordState" with the value "enabled".
When I used v13 reporting, i asked for "keywordStatus" field and got "kwStatus" with the value "Active" - Is there any documentation for these changes? I could only find this: http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/reportguide.html, but it doesn't elaborate about changes in the actual report content. - Why doesn't the fields in the XML match those defined in the from the Report Definition Service selector?
