Hi All, Instead of using v13, you can use the v201101 ServicedAccountService<http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/reference/latest/ServicedAccountService.html>to determine the IDs of your account and child accounts. Additionally, we recommend using the BulkMutateJobService only in instances where there are a large number of operations. Since accounts can only have 25 active campaigns anyway, it would be simpler to create your campaigns using the CampaignService<http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/reference/latest/CampaignService.html>instead.
