Hi Deborah, The TargetingIdeaService<http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/reference/latest/TargetingIdeaService.html>can be used to generate keyword ideas from a URL, and the .NET client library <http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-dotnet/>supports this service and others.
