Hi Sam, You are sending the request to the sandbox, so the production customer id won't work. If you need to make calls to production account, set useSandbox=false. If you want to make calls to the sandbox instead, then you can use http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/developer/AccountService.html#getAccountInfo to get the customerid for the sandbox accounts created for your email login.
