I'm trying to connect to the Google AdWords non-sandboxed API and am having some difficulty doing so. I have a developer token but no application token per <http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/ answer.py?hl=en&answer=173059>. I also have a credit card associated with my MCC account and have had one associated with my MCC account for quite a few months. Only problem: when I try to log into the Google AdWords non-sandboxed API I get the following error:
