On any new campaign we create today (23 Feb 2011), when we go to adjust the CPC via the API we get this error for the first time today: CANNOT_SET_SITE_MAX_CPC
Looking at the article: http://adwordsapi.blogspot.com/2010/11/changes-to-managed-placement-bidding-on.html It appears this was scheduled to occur on 15 Mar 2011. Why are we seeing this error now on these new campaigns?
