Hi,

If you are using a client library to write your code, then turn on
logging, and the SOAP xmls for your API calls will be logged to file.
You can then post either the sanitized request and response xml, or
the requestid (it is part of ResponseHeader for the response xml and
looks something like c4846c4889c19ebf768a136647d31ec3).
