Daily we run Placement Performance reports on our clients. After many months
of doing this successfully we started seeing numerous cases in the last week
were the report is empty, with no <row> data.
Here is an example ran on 25 Jan 2011:
requestID = cb5b71811b658ba38ff2fad6ed929616
reportID = 3473847
What is happening?
