We have been using AdWords API for more than a year and suddenly started getting "QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP_USER_INFO_REJECTED" and noticed developer token is in 'Rejected' state. I am not sure why this happened after several months of usage. We, then reapplied and is in 'Pending' state, getting "QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP_USER_INFO_PENDING" error. Please help us. Thanks.
