Eric, Well now it's about twice in two weeks (and >1000 reports in a week). Funny enough it happened with the same account, and we have hundreds of them. But I wonder if the error is on my side. What happens when the URL expires? Will that URL lead to a 404 page (not found) or something else, say a 403 (forbidden)?
One explanation might be that my software waits to long with the start of the download. It's unlikely, but the server with that software has quite a few tasks. Anyway, if an expired URL does lead to 404 I could rewrite the software, in case a 404 retry getting the URL and download from that URL. Can you also tell at what time the API servers handled the call above? I know the time that the 404 was logged, unfortunately the time of the call to ReportService.getGzipReportDownloadUrl is lost. So if you can look it up, please do? (BTW the 404 error was logged by my software on Nov 29, 10.14h CEST) Thanks in advance.
