Hi Farid,

The user agent field can be anything you want to identify your
application.  Application token is deprecated and you can ignore it.
The developer token is obtained when you register for API access:

  https://adwords.google.com/support/aw/adwordsapi/bin/answer.py?answer=15104

You can make requests to the sandbox environment without a developer
token though.  More information is here:

  http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/sandbox.html
