Hi Zweitze, The UserListService today allows you to create user lists and associated tags (conversion types). There is limited ability today to reuse existing tags, because there is no way to query for the IDs. There is no method that allows you to retrieve the JavaScript code of a tag, and this must be obtained via the AdWords web interface. We are working on a new service that will allow you to query for tags and get the JavaScript code programmatically, but I don't have any estimates as to when that will be available.
