I'm not able to replicate the issue, as the header is working
correctly for me.  Here is what my HTTP request looks like:

GET https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/reportdownload?__rd={snip}
HTTP/1.1
Accept-Encoding: gzip,deflate
returnMoneyInMicros: true
Authorization: GoogleLogin auth={snip}
clientEmail: {snip}
User-Agent: Jakarta Commons-HttpClient/3.1
Host: adwords.google.com
