At the moment, you can include the criteria outlined in the documentation. Note that adding negative keywords for performance max campaigns is not supported in the Google Ads API. However, I'll raise a feature request to be available in Google Ads API. I cannot provide a scheduled timeline for the availability of this feature in the API.
