The "OAuth client was not found" error occurs when the 
OAuth2ClientId/OAuth2ClientSecret specified is not correct. Could you check if 
it is valid and also that it does not have any extra space?

In addition, I would suggest to recreate the client id and client secret and 
generate a refresh token using the new client id and client secret. Since you 
are using a service account authentication method, I recommend reviewing the 
service account documentation once more.

To investigate the issue further, could you share updated complete API logs 
(request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end?

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would 
request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are 
using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to 
enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging 
via the curl command by using the -i flag.
