Currently ad_group.type and segments.ad_format_type supports these enums. Could you please confirm if you are looking for an equivalent fields for the True View For Reach and True View Instream from the Google Ads API? If so, please share the uncropped screenshot of the Google Ads UI by highlighting the fields you would like to fetch via the API. Also, to fetch True View Instream, you can use the ad_group.type with VIDEO_TRUE_VIEW_IN_STREAM.
