Hi, Using the asset report, you won't be able to fetch the asset details of the display ad.
Currently Google Ads API does not support retrieving the image asset for display ads using the ad_group_ad_asset_view. I will raise a request to add this feature to become available in the Google Ads API. However, I cannot provide a scheduled timeline for its availability of this feature in the Google Ads API. So, I would recommend you to follow our blog post and release notes for future updates. Also, the ad_group_ad_asset_view report, only supported Ads for AppAds and Responsive Search Ads.
