>From the click_view table using gclid we get the keyword that triggered the 
click. Next, look in the search_term_view table how much this keyword cost 
on this day (date) and what search query caused it. This all works for 
search campaigns, but not for contextual display advertising. 
We don’t get a keyword for it in the click_view table and we don’t have a 
clue to pull data for it from the display_keyword_view table. Please tell 
me how to do this correctly. I would also like to receive data about the 
site from which the click came. Thank you
