It is not possible to know the remaining operation limits for the day. You have 
to keep track of the number of operations you are performing at your end. You 
could refer here while counting the API operations, as one API call may contain 
more than one operation. From the Google Cloud console you should be able to 
see the Traffic, Errors and Median latency related to your API calls for the 
Google Ads API. I hope this clarifies.
