Hello, We submitted requests to upgrade our Google Ads API from Basic to Standard on January 30, 2024, and again on October 24, 2024. Unfortunately, we haven’t received any response to either request. We’re now facing significant limitations with the current setup, and it’s becoming increasingly urgent to resolve this.
Additionally, we’ve sent multiple support requests and emails to the compliance team but have yet to hear back. This lack of response is frustrating and is impacting our operations. Could you please advise on how we can escalate this matter or gain the necessary attention to move forward with the upgrade?
