We're getting error 'Too high., at
operations[0].create.membership_life_span when trying to create a user list
with 10000 as membership lifespan to make it unlimited. Sample code:

this used to work until recently. We tried with a 500 membership lifespan
and it succeeded. We're wondering if there are any changes being introduced
to Google Ads API that are related to this? We're on Google Ads API v17.
