@adwords-API, does Google Ads API Compliance have a similar forum somewhere 
that you can point us to? 

We are still down, have filed many tickets with them with sporadic and 
unhelpful responses, and nobody at any level we've talked with at Google is 
any help. If they could simply rollback their changes even it would help 
immensely but we can't get a hold of anyone on that team to help.

Note to the forum: DO NOT use Google's "Token Transfer" option to move your 
access token from one MCC to another. Ever. We suspect that it's bot-run 
and there's no human in the loop, or their mistake on our accounts would 
never have happened. And once they take an action, there's no way to get 
them back, to revert their change, or anything. This is the definition of 
monopolistic behavior. 

DO NOT USE Google's Token Transfer option within Google Ads API Compliance.
