With regard to the "RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND" error from the API, this error means that the request referred to a resource that could not be found. The common cause of this error is that the request attempted to mutate or otherwise reference a resource that does not exist or has been removed. Or, the given resource name for the resource is malformed. To handle this error, use a search request to retrieve the resource name for an existing resource before submitting a mutate request. Review our client library guides, which include documentation on how to construct valid resource names in every supported language. In order to prevent this error, kindly don't create resource names manually. Use one of the helper methods offered by our client libraries. I have checked the campaign ID "21510470106" that you're passing in the request, it is not present in the mentioned customer ID that is the reason you're encountering the "Resource was not found" error.
