Hi, In order to get the overall sum of the metrics you can use the 'SummaryRowSetting' to the Summary_row_only. If you are facing any discrepancy for 'Total Callouts' for any particular campaign or assets, please provide us with the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end and uncropped UI screenshot by highlighting the discrepancies.
If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using.
