1). Upload Click Conversions:

I've read on the Google Ads API documentation 
(https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/conversions/upload-clicks) 
that the "user_identifiers" field should not be set when uploading 
conversions using only click IDs. It says that: "If this field is set, 
Google Ads treats the upload operation as an upload for enhanced 
conversions for leads."

Can someone clarify if this means that uploading a click conversion with 
both a GCLID and user identifiers will automatically be treated as an 
enhanced conversion for leads? Or will it be treated as an enhanced 
conversion for leads only if it doesn't have the GCLID?

2). Email Normalization:

About the normalization of email addresses, the documentation 
(https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/conversions/enhanced-conversions/web)
 
mentions removing periods (.) that precede the domain name in gmail.com and 
googlemail.com addresses.

Should I also remove all the “+” signs that precede the domain name in the 
gmail.com and googlemail.com email addresses? Like email+em...@gmail.com

3). Click Conversion Window: Today, I can upload any conversion as long as 
it's uploaded no more than 90 days after the click. Is there any way to 
extend this limit in the future to allow for longer conversion windows?
