How do I upload images so I can identify them later when creating TemplateAds? The documentation for Image field 'name' says: "The name can be used by clients to help identify previously uploaded media." However, when I run the sample v201008.UploadImage the response is empty for the 'name' and 'sourceUrl' fields. When I run the sample v201008.GetAllImages these fields are still empty for the image. I found that if I upload an image from the web interface (Display Ad Builder) the image's sourceUrl is set, and returned by the API. But not the name. Thanks!
