Kindly note that it's not possible to retrieve the MCC level metrics using the Google Ads API. Metrics can be fetched only at the client account level not the MCC account level. The search or searchStream methods only support at the client account level in making the API calls while retrieving the data. This feature will not be implemented because a single MCC account includes multiple sub-accounts, each containing a vast amount of data. It's not feasible to retrieve all the data from these accounts simultaneously therefore, data retrieval is only possible at the client account level. If you try to retrieve the MCC level metrics then you will encounter 'REQUESTED_METRICS_FOR_MANAGER' error.
