Hello,

I'm currently developing a service that automates Google Ads management 
based on specific labels and rules. One of our requirements involves 
frequent creation of new ad groups through the Google Ads API.

I have a few concerns regarding this practice:

   1. Could excessive use of the API for ad group creation lead to 
   violations of Google's policies?
   2. Is there a risk that my account might get flagged or suspended due to 
   the high volume of ad group creations?
   3. Are there specific usage limits or best practices I should be aware 
   of to avoid any potential issues?

I want to ensure that my use of the API remains compliant with Google's 
guidelines and avoids any disruptions to my account.
