Can we please confirm if the mentioned date was correct and the changes are already rolled out?

It would be great to get some clarification from the Google Ads API team on what these values are for Average, Moderately High and Very High usage and at what point (Very high/Moderately High ) are we going to get these errors of QuotaError.RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED,QuotaError.EXCESSIVE_SHORT_TERM_ QUERY_RESOURCE_CONSUMPTION or QuotaError.EXCESSIVE_LONG_TERM_QUERY_RESOURCE_ CONSUMPTION Thanks.
