We are using the Import phone call conversions

option
with Google Sheets on a schedule, but want to move this to an automated job
using the GoogleAds API.
In the Google Sheet phone call conversion, we have two Conversion Actions
where one we have a specific Conversion Value due to a downstream data
source, the other is one we are looking to optimize to in order to drive to
more future conversions. We don't have a specific Conversion Value for this
2nd Conversion Action, so we leave it empty in the Google Sheet upload.
Same with Currency, we leave that blank.
My main questions are:
- The API requires for CallConversion the conversion_value and
currency_code to not be empty
- And the conversion_value must at least be 0 (based on my testing)
- What / how are 0 value conversions treated when we upload them as
Conversions?
- And when a 0 value Conversion with Currency "USD" (for example) is
passed, will this negatively affect the optimization of the campaign?
